When you pay off ur debt it could take up to 90 days before it will show on your credit. Most of the time it will take around 30 days or until the end of the month when they renew the credit status like they do once a month. But if you do a rapid rescore than it can take as short as 4 to 5 days. So it just depends on how you did it.
