Allied Interstate Collections on Your Credit Report?
Allied Interstate collections can be very damaging to your credit. Collection accounts remain on your credit report for 7 years. If you have a collection account that has been listed by them on your credit report, it is in your best interested to get it removed as soon as possible. Find out below how you can get Allied Interstate and other collections removed from your credit report legally and permanently.
Who is Allied Interstate?
Allied Interstate LLC is a debt collection agency that can be excessively aggressive when trying to collect on debts. They are super-aggressive because they make their money based on how much money they can scare you out of paying them. It’s been reported that Allied Interstate calls as much as 10 times per day!
According to the FTC, they had to pay $1.75 million for allegedly “making repeated telephone calls to collect from the wrong person, to collect the wrong amount or both.”
Who does Allied Interstate collect for?
They handle debt collection for student loan companies like Sallie Mae and other companies such as eBay, Fingerhut, Providian, Capital One, J.C. Penney, DirecTV and many others.
Allied Interstate calls friends, relatives, and even co-workers – These guys will do absolutely anything to find you. Can you imagine the embarrassment of having someone you know getting a collection call looking for you? Personally, I’d prefer everyone not know I’m going through some hard times. Nobody close to you needs to give them what they are looking for, though.
How To Get Allied Interstate Removed from Your Credit Report
It’s a shame I had to deal with Allied Interstate in the first place, but I was lucky enough to get them off my back and get my credit report on the road to recovery. Several years ago I lost my job. I had a little money saved up, but the money I had quickly dried up as I struggled to find work. I resorted to using credit cards to paying my other bills and as it always does, it caught up to me. My credit card bills were eventually sent to collections and my credit score took a big hit.
I tried several things to fix my credit myself, but none of them seemed to work and my credit score was spiraling out of control. After several months of failed attempts, I finally declared bankruptcy. After my bankruptcy, I was determined to improve my credit score. I found out there were things I could do to make it better, even though I had a bankruptcy on my record.
Lexington Law Repaired My Credit
I called Lexington Law and they quickly went to work to help me fix my bad credit. They had a team of lawyers and paralegals sending letters to all of my creditors who had affected my credit report negatively. I don’t know exactly how it all works, but I do know that my credit score began to improve. It’s been a couple of years now and I can say calling a real law firm was one of the best things I’ve done to help my credit. Now I don’t have to pay crazy interest fees and I can help my family save money with lower interest rates (see below).

“I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first, but after seeing what you were able to do with my credit after only a few months, it is very reassuring. Thank you for everything you are doing for me and please pass on to your staff my appreciation for all of their hard work.”

“I have seen dramatic improvements in my credit rating. I was able to benefit from these changes by refinancing my home and receiving an excellent interest rate. I could not have done this without the services of your company. I have now achieved my desired goal. Thank you.”
