How to Remove a Bankruptcy from Your Credit Report
A bankruptcy on your credit report can be devastating to you credit scores. A bankruptcy can be reported on your credit report for 10 years from the filing of the case. However, contrary to popular belief, you do NOT have to wait up to 10 years before being able to get a mortgage, car loan or any other type of credit again.
True Story:
